OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Oversee general office operation.

Greet visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world class service to our customers and employees.

Coordinating appointments and meetings and meeting staff calendars and schedules.

Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching overall staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.

Producing reports, composing correspondence of outreach management and care management rapport. what the applicant would do.
OUTREACH MANAGEMENT
-
Motivating and advising their reps to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new representatives and clients.

Achieve their objective through effective planning, setting sale goals, analyzing data on past performances, and projecting future performance.

Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other department. For example, they collaborate with office management and care management to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
CARE MANAGEMENT
-
Care manager works directly with customer, admit, and develop a plan of care.

Implement preventative care practice as well as individualized care plans. Assist with follow up care.

Collaborate with Outreach management and Office Management to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
